Devote yourselves to prayer, keeping alert in it with thanksgiving. At the same time pray for us as well that God will open to us a door for the word, that we may declare the mystery of Christ, for which I am in prison, so that I may reveal it clearly, as I should.
Conduct yourselves wisely towards outsiders, making the most of the time. Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer everyone. ~ Colossians 4:2-6

… hope does not disappoint us because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit. ~ Romans 5:5

Each of us in our daily life should try to keep in mind what Jesus commanded his apostles shortly before He ascended into heaven; and it’s comforting to know that we are not alone:

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” ~ Mathew 28:19-20
