The Property Committee is the steward of our facilities, currently involved in a variety of projects:

• Considering adding smaller free-standing signs for the church campus buildings
• Repairing water damage and repainting the Chapel
• Installing glass over the outside of the rose stained glass window to protect it and stop leaks through the glass framing
• Re-pointing masonry walls, sealing cracks in the walls, re-doing joints at the parapet caps, applying a water-resistant coating on walls, repainting and repairing interior walls of the Education/Office/Nursery Wing
• Monitoring the condition of the carpet in the Sanctuary for possible replacement
• Addressing issues with the air-conditioning system as they arise
• Selling or donating some donated property
• General upkeep of trees and other landscaping
• Looking at the condition of church and school buildings and addressing needs as they arise.
